Painting of steel structures is one of the last stages of production. STARS MET pays great attention to this process and quality result. First, the metal is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the painting. According to the technology described in the project, we prime the steel and only after that we start the painting.
The application technology depends on the choice of the painting system according to ISO 12944-5: 2018. Respectively, the type of coating and the layer thickness depending on the choice of the system.
Depending on the desired result, we use alkyd or epoxy paints.
Airless spray technology is used to paint the structures.
It allows the paint to be applied efficiently and evenly to the steel.
