STARS MET Ltd. is a steelwork fabricator that meets all the requirements of the EU. We operate globally, and our widest portfolio is from the Baltic and Scandinavian regions, which are both home to the company. We possess an industrial area and equipment for the manufacturing of 350 tons of steel structures per month, which opens up the potential for us to work on par with the capacity of the top metal building manufacturers globally.
OUR HISTORY
Born in 1991 and tempered in Latvia, in the city of Daugavpils, STARS MET Ltd. has become a strong support for many constructions in the Baltic and Scandinavian regions. The quality of the metal fabrication and the stability of the service brought the company to the international arena of the steel frame suppliers, where we established strong ties with top-level suppliers and customers. With over 30 years of experience, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and meeting the most stringent requirements of our clients.

DIGNITY
Workflow: The raw materials for our work are rolled iron and stainless steel created in accordance with EU standards. We carry out pre-treatment processing of products in shot blasting chambers, and then we carry out painting of structural steel using the airless spray aggregate with industrial paints. For cutting metal products, we choose automatic band saws and gas-plasma cutting. High-quality seams of large extent are born after the welding stage, for which we use modern semi-automatic machines with the use of various gas mixtures.
Certificates that confirm the quality of our work: Metal structures are produced by highly qualified specialists on equipment that has all certificates of compliance.
We are certified for the production of EXCO3 parts. This category is used in buildings located in the windiest places, as they are particularly durable and reliable.
We received a Certificate of Factory Production Control according to Standard EN 1090 in 2011. In our work we rely on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates as well.
